@ ratz well statistically yes, but when I was 25-26 I ‘had a hell of a time’ (or to slang it up a bit ...it was messy 
....if you know what I mean 
it was a golden age of sex Olympics drugs, drunk, and world touring for me, and I wasn’t even in a band
And ad 26 you are wise enough to know how to handle such situations and experienced enough to appreciate them so thats why i would stay at 26
any depth or experience that you may personally have ratz not withstanding
and yes my 3d gaming (well you know...) started with wolfie i had a black and while laptop (yes black and white )

Well, I started with doom then Quake then Q2 and then started playing that to death online my fav gametype in that was Ctf and my fav map was Mckinleys revival. I played that online untill Q3 came out completed the single player side of it then went online with a 56k modem. Now I play Q3 with broadband and a 300k connection.
So all in all I have been around since the begining about 8 years (starting Q2online then Q3)
I have Halflife2 but the online play in that sucks, I also have Doom3 and the online side of that sucks aswell. Dont get me wrong, they are fantastic games but I still play good old Q3.
I almost forgot I have been playing excessiveplus since it came out as I got bored with the normal quake3, I wanted something different and that fit the bill quite nicely. I discovered the BRO servers and met Mullder where I became a member of BRO clan. That clan since died, and I am still here. I never play standard Q3 anymore. I think the BRO cfg is the best.
So I am a veteran

I'm 18
Played since Quake 1 Demo, few years later played Quake 3 Team Arena, a year later played Quake 2 and then Quake 3 Arena. Playing online e+ for 6 months now...
