I have got a question. I have seen several times people jumping into the killing hole! i mean where you normally get killed they jump into it and don't get killed they walk there. For example on space maps...they jump into space and stay alive. Does anyone knows HOW???

If you are quick (and skilled enough), you can either:

1) Lightning gun ride the walls (space map or regular walls)
2) GL/RL/BFG from a corner and shoot yourself out (regular walls only)

Theres also a few buggy maps (q3ctf3 in particular), where there are spaces where the fog doesnt kill you and you can stand in certain places down there.

on some maps u just have to lag through the fog

why do u all give tipps like this one? isnt it annoying enough when it happen SOMETIMES? i saw it often enough that ppl do it (not only one time in a row) and annoy everyone on server for long time... did u try to kill such a person in the fog? it is so DAMN funny if u play freeze and he ist the last of team.
i hope the server admins will kick fast if somebody try it puplic... or on sweet server a 1-2 week behavior ban would be help the persons...

EDIT: i never knew how this worked, and it didnt interrest me. isnt it enough to know, that it isnt cheating and just an annoying bug or whatever?

Starless you didn't really understand what i ment. But thanks for your reaction trying to help!!!! Soul and Parasight. Tanne Big grin, yes, it might be annoying, but i'm very qurious, for real...if i see someone do something that looks spectacular I am qurious of how he does it...and i try to do everything to learn that thing too. If i have learnd it, it doesn't really mean that i'm going to use it...it's just a drive...to learn something...Anywayz thanks for your reaction too Big grin
