Refresh Force and my app dose the same thing, so i guess you dident know how to use it? >_<

My regfile enables a hidden menu in the drivers so that you can force a choosen Hz to a choosen resolution. So basicly yes, it dose exactely the same thing but without the need of a third part shitty program.
