technically couldnt care less about this case.

someone decided to "trust" people by not playing on pb and pure on.

his mistake.

To tylko jest powód kicka o który tak chodzi Tyrantowi z Tropic. Zaraz po kicku Diablo i Arghali wrócili na serwer i grali dalej przy włączonym PB. Byłem na tym CW i nie widziałem w grze Diablo żadnych czitów. To tyle Thinking

Arrow O you can be very surprised, when your PB Client turned off then if you use cheats, cant be detected by PB when is turned on server, because PB server haven't rights and possibilities to scan your PC. Then is just perfect, you cheat for example, somebody turn on PB on server. PB on server order to your PB on client to scan your PC, because Your PB client is not active, PB server kick you for that reason...

OLD STORY :!: A lot cheaters use that feature.... I don't say that somone from this CW actually cheat....

Anyway two possibilities are: Player don't have PB client at all... less possible, at least have initial which come with Q3. Why is turned OFF Thinking: THAT IS THE Q NOW :!: WHY Thinking: Because all server accept you when you have ON PB... Why somebody have needs to turn it off Thinking:
Even always play on servers where no PB, you don't have need to turn it off, but it is hard to believe that particular player never play on PB server...

no packet flow means not that pb is off, it means there is now packet flow.

pb off = failure to initialise pb bla bla or something like that.

i also want to remember, that if server has turned on pb, and client has turned off pb, he can't even connect to this server. U just can c people turned off pb, as long pb wasnt enabled on server when they connected.
