Punkbuster changed settings

1. s_volume no longer verified by Punkbuster
2. limit com_maxfps now allowed : 60 - 300

Clan leaders need to take care of informing their players.
You must be sure that your graphics card will be able to withstand more than 125 FPS, not experiment if you are not sure, since possible it is can add you lags.

Platinum? For what you give red card for TwT? Bax have ban for multiclanning, because he played for MK vs TwT in time when he was in TwT. Can you explain what the problem is with the TwT?
