Cfg isn't problem, it's fine, idea about making it withing n. teams is also nice.
Cup is easily arranged including gathering enough teams and resolving problems related to railonly and plus sides in 2 weeks, sad there were such incompetent face driving it. So, bringing attention may teach him next time listen to the rest unless being a tree again.
And no, I havent been kicked out of my moderation role.

yes i get it, and i know its some kind of problem.. thats why we see only few teams already, but i think the most important thing is fun to play this. mbe he made a mistake in this case.. we cant leave it because someone did something wrong, lets have some fun. ranking is not the most important thing. just play. thats all from me.
about making new instagib national teams. the same. i think it shouldnt be a problem for u. choose few active and willing players and play. thats all.. 
plusN and instagib are two different sides, thats why creating new instagib teams is a bit important. hmm now railonly and instagib. just name it instagib but u can play railonly. problem solved. and one frag left
