we are quite a bunch in irc nowadays, and i would love to see more people to show up.

we are also trying the get a bot thingy working and it seems to be working fine, it can show you current excessiveplus server status etc.

help us improve the community by joining irc. if you dont know how to do i will soon enough post a newbie tutorial made by iz ... its very easy to understand.

Press 'connect'.

When connected:
type (in the command/chatline)
/join #EVOLCLAN ... Puff, your in Smile
(once you get the hang of the client u use, you might add this channel to your 'favourites')

Commands allways starts with an /. As in Q3.
If you type a command without the / everyone in the channel will see it as a normal chatmessage. Not fun if you are typing a password...
Many commands exists, but you will figure the most common out quite soon (usually just right click, and a menu will pop up).

Once in the channel there r allways someone that can help with the AUTH thing. This is not nessesary to do, but will make it possible to register you to the channelbot wich then can autoop you the next time u join the channel.
To have OP is like having rcon in Q3...
