Hi all, if you have taste for a little change in e+ mod, i prepared small tournament.
It is Insta-Unlagged on Excessive plus mod. Config where rail is only one used weapon in. Map which will be played is dm17 only. In this tournament are allowed max 16 players.

I recommend try this config before sign up :
server : :: Insta-Unlagged E+ 1.03 :: (sponsored by )
password : iue+ // until tournament starts. After password will be changed.

Rules:

1; All matches will be played on :: Insta-Unlagged E+ 1.03 :: (sponsored by ).
2; When tournament will start, all players will get new password to server via PM.
3; Spectators are allowed, if both sides will agree with it, in other situation only offcial players in list who have scheduled match have right to kick, after warning, players if they obstructing on server.
4; Players need to talk with their opponents during tournament about their comming match and set time and date to play sheduled match.
5; Players signed in must play all matches scheduled in spider, if not, it will be w/o for opponent and they will kicked from tournament.
6; Game starting after warmup with 15 mins timelimit, if one of player have problem during game, he has 1 timeout to fix problem and finish game.
7; If one of player will disconnect during game, his opponent can takes 1 timeout to wait for him, if player will not come, it will be w/o for opponent.
8; After 15 mins timelimit, If score will be draw, player who will get one point more is winner (suddendeath 1).
9; Players cant change rules or settings before or during game.
10; Tournament starts when list will be full of players - updated 4.1.2007
11; Tournament finish after 21 days when it started - updated 24.1.2007
12; Posting resluts is allowed on this forum only and like this with 1 screenshot and 1 demo:

tartaros this tournament is dedicated to IU cfg, there are normal values in it cuted from Xbattle Instagib 1.2. If you wish make other tournament post it in another one topic. thx

I on the other hand like to not make mistakes from the beginning instead of always being able to correct them afterwards bringing out a careless "newbiegame". And yeah it's just this cup, like it or not, no panic Love struck

Nobody force u to play in this cup. Drill want to make cup in old iu style: vq3 movment + fast rail. So talking about shit cfg ihmo is total moronish. Its cup only for true insta unlagged lovers!

i think tartaros just missed the fact its IU, and tought the cfg was made specificaly for this tournament, so he wanted to help.

there is no packetlost and max ping limit, higher ping can make your rail delayed, packetlost - bad for you and for your opponent.
