2!S cfg, and perhaps if you are interested nh_1v1.cfg on some 1v1 server (but not necesary).
and, if you are open to suggestions, hubaeroq3.pk3 and pro-q3tourney7 as one of the 1v1 server maps.
you wont belive how that maps rocks in e+, i know some tried it and love it.
