try to move q3config.cfg from excessiveplus folder to somewhere... and connect to server with default settings if still kicking from server in the end of map or when it's happing, then I think problem in the connection between client and server.

i solve parseservermessage problem with this amazing repacker!
or u can just move maps from baseq3 folder,all maps, without really important for e+ mod.
try it.it helps!

problem appears more often since 2.0 imo.
So as we see there r more ppl with that problem..
