Any other people out there using the last.fm (formerly audioscrobbler) service? I created a group for everyone to join here: http://www.last.fm/group/Excessive%2BPlus

For those who don't know what it is, last.fm is a service that works via a plugin to your media-player, which sends the name/artist info of tracks you play to a central server, then shows you other people listening to similar music and makes recommendations based on your tastes.

It's really neat, and I've found several great bands that I would probably have never heard of otherwise.

Hey Starless, maybe you could at least turn the group forum on? All we can do is talk in the Shoutbox... and it's been like that for year and a half. Tongue

Actually, not even that, coz the group shoutbox is a few months old.
