I have this little problem first time now, when I try to connect .:RockStar | TDM | Public | Clan Server: on DM17 map.
Anyone know what I can do? My pak0.pk3 is pure...

maybe u got autodownload on and there is an extra pk3 on rs server?
try having just the basic paks on ur q3 and test it out

maybe you have limited your verts, but the map requires more verts, but since it cant load the verts, it aborts loading the map.

or maybe i'm just talking sh*t... it made sense in my head when i first thought it.

Answer:

Uninstall the game, delete the game folder, and then reinstall the game and the patches. Make sure that you do not install any third party maps/mods/skins of any type.

so, i would assume you have some extra pk3 that is causing that. look especially for .tmp files, failing that, some extra models.

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!
