I also think it can be done but the question is only of theretical interest cuz im sure it would be really hard and time-consuming in practice. There is evidence that shows that isp's have a wide discretion to monitor/penalize their customers according to national legislation and the specific contractual terms/conditions. I think it largely depends on what Dutch law provides, what has been agreed in the specific contract and the actual mood of the ISP admin that will receive your e-mail.. :roll:

how i say iam out man but from the last post i understand perhaps 60% the rest was really hard stuff man fix ur english when u wanna talk about such things in english, otherwise i would be quiet Winking
