The "graduation trip" doesn't sound a little "funny" to you? It sure brings thoughts in my mind. It's common knowledge that in such trips the office that organises the thing gets "a little" out of everything. In my trip I didn't buy anything from the places they took us but ONLY from other places. The greek idiom for your case is that you were a cork

Mh, how much cash do you think i'd need to make the trip enjoyable?
I was planning to go for a week, maybe two. I don't really shit cash atm, but i think i'd manage to get around 1.5/2k euro from the money i have saved up for my house. Think that'll be enough?

If it was me i could make it with much less than 900 but i don't know your needs 
Shit, i can travel around Europe with less than 100 in my pocket. Two of my friends did it but i was damn busy, that's another story though. I am not a freak or anything, I am pretty normal (hope it shows), but i think that the less you have in your pocket when you travel it's more fun...at least for my/our age.
If you go with 2 other guys then the price will drop vertically

Yeah, i was thinking about going with some of my friends, but unfortunately all of them are either busy, or have other plans already. I wish my gf would be able to go with me, but she has a broken leg and is not exactly travel-fit 
Looks like i'm spending this one on my own.
And i know exactly what you mean about the "less cash more fun" bit, me and three of my mates were in Amsterdam last year for 22 days with less than 150 euro for each one. Looking for a short term job to make the vacations last in a foreign country, with the knowledge you are the only one in your group who can say more than "yes" or "no" in english is amazingly groovy. If you manage to actually get the job, that is XD
