Ok. I've repaired it. Before I was using "prism" and thought it's same as "qlprism", but it really isnt Smug Now I have stable fps.

Mouse: Logitech mx518
Mousepad: Zowie P-TF SpawN Edition
Headphones: Sennheiser HD202
