m_pitch and m_yaw settings
How does it work? Their need to change?
m_yaw is for side turns of mouse and m_pitch is for up and down mouse movements
I use 0.0011 on both
q3 default is 0.022, they work as calculating part for the sensitivity. You get shaky sens if you turn it to 1, somebody calculated and test out best and its somewhere around 0.001
I personally use 0.022, whoever feel the difference between 0.022 and 0.0011 feel welcome to show it D:
i use m_pitch 0.014 and m_yaw 0.022.
Why ? because i feel more comfortable having a bigger horizontal sensitivity then on vertical.
The ratio between them matters not the values.
Having 0.00011 on both or 0.022 on both is no difference, you'll have only bigger sensitivity number on the 0.00011 (20 sens for 0.00011 = 1 sens for the 0.022 version)

April's fool day;
Hack Epsi's PC, get into his q3config, replace the values of his m_yaw with m_pitch, save the changes, wait for him going on the server.
Result: Epsi pwned the whole server and set his life record D:

Would be a nice try but think if i play with these settings starting 2006-2007 i would know the mouse settings are messed up in the 2nd second of playtime. => open console, \m_pitch 0.013; m_yaw 0.022 [enter] done
you need to try harder
The result you suggest is not possible. My hand got used so much with these settings... On normal settings my crosshair would move more on vertical then horizontal. Some1 will say i have either a bad mouse or some strange aimbot, (which is normal in our community)
