if you need some logistic help, i could help out, when i have time that is.
you know, refing, screenshot checking, etc
i love the idea, but maybe doing just a bit of config changes to make it more interesting. requireing two rail shots for frag seems reasonable for this tourney.

it's for sure a good idea to restrict number of weapons keeping choice for players, but that couldn't work correctly with current e+ version ... so I will post something about on suggetions refering this idea.
but @Diesel, if u want 2 rails try rebounce.cfg
