Make configs more accessible?

Nice idea to allow, i allways say posibility to choose makes more freedom for admins so 3th.

But more important maps download redirection.

The majority of people think they think, when really they just change their prejudices. Understanding is a matter of will in most cases.

good idea, but may be hard to execute as some servers run all their config from server.cfg and have no seperate weapons.cfg. but with allowing server admin to control would be a way to resolve.
issues such as passwords also spring to mind...

I think it should be set in the config itself so the author of the config can decide wheter it should spread or not.

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!
