It's a rar file.
You nee to extract/unrar them with a program like winrar.
Don't just rename the extention to .dm_68.

Yeah even the extracted demos don't work for me :'(.

FIX:
The demos have the wrong extension, .dm68 when it should be .dm_68.
Simply rename the demos to .dm_68 and they work Happy

I don't want to be rude, but since I know you well, I think I can say that if you can't make demo's work there should be something with you Happy. Maybe there are spaces in the file names, quake doesn't read demo's with spaces in the name......That's all I can suggest. GL with making the demo's work, Kokain Winking.
