125 is best. Having 125 fps and g_syncronousClients 1 is the same as having pmove enabled. so that means easier strafe jumping and all. Even without that it still improves your movement. e+ is not based so much on strafejumping as on bfg and rocket moves, so thats not essential to you.

I am proud of spreading a pirated Excessive Plus version and claim to be the original author, yay!

I have it at 125 fps. It depends on what your graphicscard can take.

If you have a good graphics card and you can get 125 no problem set it to that. Why? See my above answer.

If your card can barely get to 125 i would lower it a bit to a value it can take. Why? Don't stress your vid card out to much.

I play at 200 fps but I used to play at 125fps and relly theres not much difference between 125 and 200 so why test and fuck up ur cfg while you can cap it at 125 where it performs very good without risking having a connection interrupted.
