if you all agree about my hour : 19 cest

that means 18 GMT (London Time) = 19 CEST (Time of France, Poland, Italy, Germany, Hungary ... ) = 20 EEST (Time of Greece, Romania, Turkey, Ukraine, ... ) = 21 MSD ( Time of Moscow - Russia)
