as I see it is hard to organise this for 14 :

  • You can set a date if more than half agree then it's confirmed
  • You can split in 2 sub-groups as group1 did (but only 1st to 4th pass for each sub-group) group4A & group4B

Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co Surprise

all groups had issues getting 14 ppl same date.

Example : group2 had game tonight but from 14 who should come 5 came Big grin

mega event will have a brake to be reorganised

Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co Surprise
