well im still in a mixed opinion on ice, so i will put for and against on my views

for cheating
-odd shots, sometimes too good to be true, only usually ocurrs when im playing and not in spec.
-efficiency and accuracy fulctuations, one second he is unbeatable, next as bad as anyone, if someone is playing good or bad they usually spend a long time like it, not a few minutes
-spotting enemies, i too notice sometimes he will come from no where, this can be down to many things but this is for cheat so maybe wh. butagain not when im in spec.
-scores, i have watched from ASE and seen him topping score boards, then when i am visible on server only comes middle table.
-history, his backround as he used to cheat will make him a target, he knows this and is better than anyone to know how to hide cheats.
-pb isnt perfect, there is vertain cheat programmes that run as exe files that pb CANNOT detect, so pb rules itself out in a way.

against cheating
-no proof
-never seen him cheat in spec
-no demos
-seems like a nice guy
-swears hes clean
-been tested with most up to date pb more then 5 times, each time i turned on randomly and he didnt expect it, few times was when inoticed some crazy shots.
-fake nick spec and pb, i once watched him with a fake nick and turned on pb with no result, maybe my nick was obvious maybe he really is clean
-ping, this could be why he sometimes leads and sometimes sucks, when i play deex frag orgy which gives me an 149 ping, i sometimes land perfect shots, then the smallest lag can set your aim off by a surprising amount, this could be good reason for his skill changes.

ok so now you see why he remains unbanned and un accused by me, i really cant make a decision from this evidence, i even had my girlfriend look at it and she said she thinks hes clean (whats the bitch know ) but the fact of the matter stands, i see no reason to ban or accuse this guy, and i actually feel sorry for him, untill we have valid proof i wont ban him.

remember it only takes one slip of that on off button and he could slip, so record or do whatever it takes if you firmly beleive he cheats, but he will remain unbanned

Tritotch mate, please change that "ICEMAN THE GAY". You don't know if he really cheats so don't call him names.
