Microsoft released a Pro version of this mouse. It’s called Microsoft Pro Intellimouse and it’s based on this MS Classic Intellimouse. The main difference is in the used optical sensor - Pixart PMW3389. It’s 16k dpi flawless sensor used for example in Razer DeathAdder Elite. MS also used better micro switches and added rubber grips to side buttons. This mouse is manufactured in two colour variants- grey and white. Light on the tail of the mouse body is customisable.
interesting - I would prefer a 500hz option within win10 though.
Ah, this is how they advertise them, 12k vs 7.2k dpi/cpi, and 350 ips vs 240 ips (more in Truemove3, less dpi in Truemove1), and tracking performance is something above 3310 sensor and as great as 3366/3360 (or as you could say - hard to see the difference between them two Tm3 <-> 3366). It's agreed Truemove3 is top sensor in market now, and logitech is trying to do something about it, haha.
This new sensor naming should confuse us even more now, this marketing though... lol
I would teach you how to play, but I don't know myself!
