i do use the zowie am mouse and i can say i am very happy with the mouse... no negative accel or anything just nothing and the best thing was the nodriver fact as well as the standard 1000 mhz which means i didnt really need to change the usb port rate....

and i switched from intelli mouse explorer 3 to the zowie mouse....

zowie has great mices imo for those who actually love and like simple shape with good technology

Ok so here is my opinion about mouse:

I can say the sensor is really really great, even much better than deathadder one, precision is at top, my curently cm for 360º is 45cm. There is no sensor skiping/loss at fast moves, mouse glides very well on cloth surface.

Since i was playing for about 3 years now with razer deathadder, my hand get used to hold the mouse with that ''da shape'' (all who had this mouse) hate that shape, but after so many time my hand get used very well to play and to work with deathadder, so other mouses were pain in the ass for me to hold or to work with, since shape was horrible. After testing zowie fk and play with it for about 1h or so, i started to have big pain in my hand, like it was very tired and very tense, had to rest and then back to test the mouse zowie fk.

Now since 1 week, seems my hand get used to the mouse, and i dont feel anymore any pain, all is confortable now, like if i was playing with zowie fk for entire life x)

Had some minore issues to make side buttons work and to have 500hz poling rate, but after some 10 mins i resolved the stuff and works all fine now, without any drivers.

Scrolling button, is a bit hard to push and scroll compared to deathadder one, but still good imo.

Buttons are working good, everything seems to work pretty well.

The build quality is at top, without any lights nor unnecessary stuff, it has everything what an FPS gamer would like to have in mice.

The mouse is a day to day task and im really getting used to it.

Gaming performances were exactly what i've come to expect from Zowie FK. I recommend this mouse to every fps player who likes wmo shape.

So yeah 10/10.
P.S. yeah forgot to mention, had also some problems to find my old sensitivity, seems the sensor of this mouse is faster than deathadder's one, cos same cm for 360 seemss to be faster.

in game:

This is pretty important, do you have the feeling of turning to far on basic turn moments, like rocket jumps, 180s to look around and stuff.

The last time I used the deathadder it was 100% precise linear acceleration, smoothness was ok, but how good does the zowie do?

basicly i had to readjust the yaw and pitch of my settings to have same ''feling'' with deathadder for 360 i had 42cm, with zowie fk to have same feeling i had to lower sens and now i have 45cm, but its like 42cm in feeling. the turns rocketjumps and all that seems ok and i dont have feeling of turning far now, there is no negative accel or stuff like that. But yes i had to lower my sens to feel same confort, and add 3cm more.

So moving faster or slower (have same cm from one point of map to another) without skiping cm and such.
Will experiment more during next weeks, some games in dm17 and such. WIll comment some more info and impresions later on.
P.S. also i experimented in dm17 to put crosshair at same point of map, and start turning 180 and 360 to see differences, first with slow moves then with fast moves (when i was searching sens) i compared to deathadder, and by ruler i was doing less cm with zowie fk with same settings as deathadder had, then i had to lower the yaw/pitch to have same cm for 180 and 360. Then i noticed its a bit faster and thats when i decided to add 3cm more to have same feeling as deathadder speed. But still, i think its a biiiit more faster not much but a little little bit, but is important when u get used to ur sens so even minore changes are crucial for aim.
P.S.2 when i was playing with deathadder i had windows vista, now im having windows 7, but i compared deathadder settings between vista and win7, they do same cm 42 for 360 (so its not OS fault) its zowie who has a bit faster sensor imo.
