I'm a noob with this shit, but I'm willing to learn.

Could someone help me out with this..

I stumbled over a nice Quake video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IH9xs3k5lYA -- and I was wondering what the requirements are to achieve this type of software that allows you to record Quake like this.

I'm impressed with the camera angles & ghosting.

Anyone can point me in the right direction?
