When player connect and download new map, other players can t join to game and need wait download (((

If its true, as I never saw that, then its probably some mod bug and we cant do anything besides disable auto downloading on the server.

thats always was like this: when ur turn to play and u r connected to server every1 w8s when u join game (can be noticed when some slow pc owners join around 10 secs later than their opponents). but in case of d/ling map - player is still on server (so has to be waited) but never joins game (coz after finishing d/ling map he will be timed out) and only after timeout next player in queue joins game. so we have nothing to do except or remove custom maps (wont happen Tongue) or disable d/ling

p.s. "its not bug its feature" ^^

p.p.s it rarely can be noticed at servers coz most ppl leave game if they see they dont have map
