Music while fraging!!!

Hey

Any suggestions on what players take little CPU usage?, I play very offend whit music on the background while fraging some thugs (:
Its very hard 2 make movements, lagi, etc. I have tryed 2 resign or change the priority on the programs in Task in windows but does not help it becomes even more worse then before, I am currently using Winamp,

And yes yes iknow buy new computer is the best sollution off this problem (: I have 2,4gigh cpu and 1,5gig Ram it should be inouff (Not state off the Art thing though)

Well either way any suggestion on some players that takes as little cpu usage as possible or some other sollutions in windows that might help Mysic, quake playing thing

Winamp is an extreme resource hog. The only reason i still use it is i'm lazy.

I hear Foobar2000 is a nice alternative, but i haven't checked it out yet. I can't imagine it using as much resources, though.

Hi...
the "MPXPLAY" takes little CPU resources (originally for DOS...but there is a Win32 version too).

An other way is to plug a hardware player to the line-in of your soundcard...
more complicated (once) but nearly no CPU usage Winking

this is also portable.. on my usb key Smug

oooo i dunno thats pretty much 2 percent off cpu & 11mb ram nah i think thats whay tooo much Winking
