My First movie! Check it out

Movie is not very very bad, but really nothing special as if I come to non-newbies-owned server I can watch such action all the time. Making Quake3 movie is meant for making really special moments about it! Like two-kills-in-a-rail-shot, multiple mid-air shots or other funny things. There's actually no editing in movie, no connection between picture and music! How can you put scenes in your move where you miss a shot? Happy

Of course, its cpma, but one who could do something such serious about excessiveplus would be a talent Happy

And quality... why WMV? For quake movies you can make excellent quality with x264 codec (as it is done with the one above).

Better make 1min movie, but of something you cant see everytime.

some tips for nexttime:
1. dont use the same config for game and demos:
a) in demo config use higher fov
Cool in demo config turn off enemymodel and enemycolors

- movie will seems more profi and opticaly gain your skill

2. cut longer scenes which are interesting. Longer scenes shows better your real skill than short scenes. But scenes must be full of action so (preventing boring movie).

3. creation of movies is a little game so play more with movie music. Music must play what is shown on monitor. Its making movie more interesting and less boring
