i'm waiting for i phone also but dont gonna buy a 1st model, waiting for servispacks etc 
and ofc waiting for lower price, coz all even crap () costs 50-60% more a half a year from release date
btw hope sonyeric will made something similar/better during this time, and i wouldn't have to buy something from "bited off apple" corp. 
so my next phone still gonna be some of newest SE

maybe your phone is broken in some way check the dust on your camera whipe it up a little then try and be sure to turn on 1600x1200 and if its little bit dark then turn on the light but the most important thing is the autofocus be still when taking pics and they will look awesome i am telling you 2mpx rocks.

me nahh because it's too "big" and big phones are OFF you know when you are doing something in crowd talking on the (iphone) and someone kicks your ass because you have iphone then your iphone falls down and other people crush it (by accident) that's why iphone sucks
..
