my pc crashed need help setting things up again?

like it says my pc crashed had to do a complete reboot first my punkbuster is that not available anymore because it tells me error when trying to download update, also quake will not exec my files/ config when changed name under "seat name" /exec q3config says exec but name doesn't change??????????????

Use seta or set instead of seat and you got your name problem solved
