dont you have something like optimalized AMD libraries?
if nope just reinstall point release (be sure thats clean install)

need help

jupp md5tool scan ur q3 folder and found not allowed files. delete it and all is fine. as i know there are NO dll files normaly in the baseq3 folder...
but cheats using such files.

Not only cheats. Camping Gaz's OB-Detector for Defrag, as mentioned here, comes as a "cgamex86.dll" file as well.

i removed baseq3/cgamex86.dll and played
but then was kicked again

       md5tool mistmatch: baseq3/pak0.pk3

dunno what could be happend with this file.

created: 20.10.1999
last edited: 9.03.2004

..
