Need help in finding 1 old movie

I'm making a collection on films, cartoons, animes etc., which impressed me a lot when i was a child... nostalgy...
but i cant find the movie that called "Old surehand", i looked for it torrent and in donkey networks, in all films resourses, on-line shops etc., but no results 
only 1 result i got - IMDB link - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0059538/
if some1 have it, or know where i can get it, please tell me and make me happy :oops:

Anyone know where i can find the first Season of Arrested Development?
(oh... and i cant use torrents cos all the ports except for the MSn-frequency ones have been blocked by the ISP (who also happens to be the University and charges £0 for it )...

@Tar - no hits for "Thundersub", but you can find it under the "Blue Noah" name, tho, not in english version. You'll have to get some subs or a live translator ;p

ermm... the whole world is not in America, you can buy 25 films in Russia for that kind of money
BUt... Keres' idea gave me another idea...
