From what I've read it's a CLAN (like DOK have many italian players this clan will have base of moldovian players)! ,so it's no national team...
BTW VERY IMPORTANT FOR NEW CLAN LEADER: DO NOT USE CHEATS!there was a new clan from Russia called D4, and they also weren't noobs but it ended up with them having 3 cheaters in their clan... rather be noobs and improve from that than be a new "pro" clan and be caught with cheaters and expelled (banned) from community...
If you are really trying to make a new clan in a fair way you got my full support! 
edit: now I've read you were a cheater 4 years ago....hm maybe better put someone else as a leader... fucking babies
