New clans!

I wanna help this community in building clans, so i decided to start a clan which i recruit members, pick clan leaders, and when its good, ill let them on their own. So im starting a "sub" clan, called LIME Everyone likes when it comes more clan to this commuity that really are here for staying, so i make sure it will survive, if people quit i am responsible for fix up in the team with clan leaders and recruitment, but as long they dooing good, ill let them take care of recruitments themself.. So people add me on msn for a test, and we will start plannings together.

its nice but involves a lot of work. And u will have some problems in organising them imo, fights in the beginning etc. Or maybe not.

Well it wont be any matches and trainings before i have a complete team, with a good leader or two, that can organize it self. I'll just help starting a team. If they get problems i step in and help..
If this works i will make more clans.

read what i wrote Xerxes, im not gonna be in this clan, im just gonna start a clan to get more clans in e+ who is not giving up after 2 weeks.. i never gonna play for lime, just make the team.
