I have one small Q why term is new admin? Plz one good reason.
Cuz his last move: suggest on msn to change clan rank or delete posts on nwc forum dont say good about this choose.

well i would like to add to flex´s words one more thing: yesterday when i saw this post i remember the post in nwc forum bout term and his behaviour and then i decided to come here and post an asnwer saying that i hoped term didnt adminitrate this forum with the temperament that he showed in nwc situation cause it would be scary for this comunity and then term came , censured my post and deleted it 
after that he added me to his msn and started to tell me things and that he was going to delete the post in nwc , i asked him if mario knew it that and then he started to warn me and threat me 
(i have the conversation saved)
really sad!
now im glad that someone did somehting cause i couldnt do anything against that..

I made 2, simple suggestions. I do remember you Flex responding in a very very harsh way. Big temper issue there.
Yes, it was a mistake deleting these NWC posts - However, not everyone is perfect. I am sincerely sorry for those who are involved, and to you knightness

ok term, for me all this is over,thanks for your apologises , i have to say that i have seen many good things in the forum since u became administrator and so much people is saying the same.
i wish u the best in this job and the most important thing: i hope people dont take all this to attack u cause it wouldnt be fair..

Everyone sit back and relax. Term is new and should be allowed to learn along the way. Be patient and cut the man some slack. He will be fine in his new role! :salute:

as u did, it is a reaaaaly hard thing.
Well done term
As i said to u this will not be an easy job u have to take
it with wisdom. The first day u did a bad thing and react
fastly in a positive way. I asume u learned somthing good
today.
I will give u my trust so please dont defraud me dude.
