Welcome to excessiveplus. 
Yes, some servers have the new beta version..Unfortunately I've forgotten where you can download it.
I play defrag too, but I've never seen you around. Maybe I play too seldom.

Basically, this is a MOD where you're free to make your own configs, then upload it to a server. Excessiveplus is splitted in two - There's an "excessive" side with other types of configs (vq3movement, no plasma/rocket, faster cycle etc) and a "plus side" which has the majority of the people.

ok yes its different mod and cfg but for examble u are defrag playa...
kk test plus. cfg here are what do u need to download

then try to play here:

hello defragger.
excessiveplus community is divided into 2 parts. first of all it plus parts -> they playing on cpma physic with few jumps, mainly weapon is railgun. (but all weapon is given for you). and excessive parts -> they playing on vq3 physic. you may find there 3 modification of excessive cfgs. this is e5,e5r,e6. e5 - fast switch without rg, e5r - same how and e5 but + rail, e6 -too slowly switch time (without rg?)
wtf is teams and clans?
clans may playing in rank games (clan wars, short version is cw) and not rank games for fun (fun wars, short version is fw). you may have on one clan in each part of e+ community. teams - cant play cw, but may fw. you can have 999999 teams 
ps can be we will create tutorial a theme for newbies on e + community?

well, weapon pickups are disabled.. so you have every weapon available in your first spawn
armour, some health and several other objects are still able to pickup
oh, and coming from defrag, i'm sure probably the first thing you noticed
is that the g_speed is set to either 350(plus side usually) or 400(excessive side)

i dislike bfg is splashing in parts. a guy showed me how to fly. every server have a different config

i am a little bit disapointed about playing but i am good enough for the begining. i make 25-30 frags in 50 fraglimit game. is ok?
