Today is a historic day, the Social Democrats have been in oppostion only nine times the last 75 years. Which leads you to question if this is to be called true democracy, the social democrats ruled from 1932-1976, 1982-1991 and 1994 to 2006....I doubt any democratic party in any other country can brag about similar numbers.

Swedish voters finally got enough the 17 september 2006, a historic day. People have grown tired over our taxes, 3 out of 5 SEK are taxes. 7 out of 10 SEK are gasoline taxes and so on and so forth....Let's hope this marks an end to the Social Democratic hegemony over the politics and culture in Sweden.
