As I said before when somebody else got banned or kicked...

She has the rcon password, that means she can ban/kick/mute anybody without telling you the reason why she did it. And this whether her decision is fair or not, justified or not, the only thing you can do is talk to her to get your ass unbanned.
And if she has the rcon password, that most likely means the server owners (+ team that is) trust her.

Oh yeah one last thing, I think it would be better not to take it to a clan vs. clan war. My humble opinion.

@hq ruben post is realist , he talked about what are admins rights not admin duties.

@edy Of course you can't be 24hours/24 on servers, totally agree but forgeting nite case, who is probably guilty beside the fact that he's not well known for his examplary behaviour, you can notice reading a bit this forum that complain came always against the same admin.

I have nothing personnal against her (exept her bad temper ) but maybe there is a lack of comunication between her and other players; particularly when she makes sanctions

Of course HQ, Lady doesn't own that server so she has to respect the + team's rules and admin the server with them... aw man thats obvious lol.

And I disagree with you about Lady (not cuz I hate ya!). I think Lady communicates really well with players thanks to her weird (but funny) sense of humor, the problem is you can't be friends with everybody.

i never wrote or wanted her to be friend with everybody. But kicking/banning and telling such reason is not acceptable for a good admin.
