O hai! I'm new

So, as the title says, I'm new here. I decided to say hello, and actually post few questions.
What really bothers me is:
- How does competitive scene look like? Are there any upcoming tournaments/cups etc?
- How do I join a clan? Are clans actually recruiting or is it "invite only"?
- How do clan wars look like? Is it 5vs5 system? Are all modes played in clan wars? Which mode is usually played?

1. once cup ends another starts 
we have 2 or 3 running atm
2. if u are good player mostly clans ask to join when they notice a skilled person on the server, but there is a topic in what people announce they searching a clan, u can always try to apply directly in a clan forum or server

3. mostly we playing in here freeze tag, it depends about tournament what is organized its 4v4 as minimum, and i guess maximum is up to the clans to decide
