I just realised something - in general, it's possible for a guy to play both in a BRO and a E5/E5r clan, if he wants to. No problems here, because clans from these configs don't play wars with each others.

It seems that Mnc is both a HB and KOD player, and both of these teams play in the TDM league.
So my question is - wtf happens in the HB vs KOD match?!

Technically, i dont see anything wrong here, but it's probably against the rules cos it can create problems... Its up to the player unless RENA says he must choose and stick with one clan, but as u said, e5 and BRO dont play each other...

I dont make rules 
, comunity does. I am just working guy who serve to comunity and we have mutual trust, nothing more. 
About this particular case it is the best what Warez said. 
He have to take decision in his own hand and dont play in that CW.
But if he play for one clan - no problem again for rank or league, all is legal. Only what can possible happened to him is kicking from other clan against he play.

multiclanning in 1 config is not allowed, else a clan means nothing, respecting the community, players and their clan means being only in 1 clan per config to not risk to be in both clans playing against each other. Else it'is just disrespectfull and lame. No need to talk hours about this.
Personnaly i will never play 2 times against a same player in 2 different clans at same time
