ok so my friend bought q3...yes bought LOL
anyway everytime he goes to connect to server he connects to it and after about 10 seconds his internet download speed crashes and he pings out Love struck
anyone have a idea of how to solve this?

omg wtf :o

is it patched to 1.32b?
basically u should have 1.32c q3.exe and pak0-8.pk3 and it should work, cfg doesnt matter much.

alright so....updated and yes he has the latest 1.32
but w/e
so we deleted his cfg riiight...and that seemed to have fixed the file..but when i told him to do /com_maxfps 125...he went to hell again and same story...also when i gave him a name to /exec ...it crashed him
so it's not totally not something internet wise..it's just a cfg problem or something

1.32a or 1.32b? Also if his up/down rates are set too high it could be kicking him for flooding. There are many reasons it could be doing this... Thinking
