Its adjustable dpi "on the fly". i dont know about copparhead, but on g5 its 2 buttons, to adjust the dpi in steps. You can decide yourself how much dpi you want it to be on each step.

also dont know coperhead mouse but im used lots of older ball and optic models, and they always have on the fly sensitivity change not the dpi, but meybe razer make some simlilar as logitech make in g5 mose u dont change sensitivity in g5 put the dpi,.. i am not sure about what u will change in coperhead

on the fly???
look at the box if it sais on the fly adjustable DPI then press the + button for more dpi and the - button for less DPI.
