The fact is : how to move, strafe or run with only one hand while you are aiming and shooting on only one mouse?

if you read comments...

This isn't the first time he's played one-handed.  How he does it is he
binds mouse2 to +forward. He cannot move backwards at all. He can only
turn around and move forward to do that. Jump is mouse3, and shoot is
mouse1. He cannot strafe.

bind mouse4 "+left; +forward"
bind mouse5 "+right; +forward"
etc, you can do various binds.
or you can do a multi script for mouse2 which just allows strafejumping, so keep it pressed to strafe and click again for next jump.

Not perfect for weapons switching but this is really relaxing to play with one hand xD
(movements work on xp_physics 3 or cpm physics, but on other physics, I dont reach to run over ~600 ups)
On the BEER.F I had an average score, not really good, but maybe with practising...

Congratulations, that's one of the most ignorant things i've ever read on these forums.

For your information, Fat was able to take maps off of, and beat, VoO in PQ and Toxjq in Q4, at the height of their dominance, and they were, pretty much, the ultimate challenge in those games. He also did figure out a lot of stuff about how to properly play Q3 first, oh fuck, he's a quick thinker, what a dick.

You know nothing about Fat and the history of Quake apparently, i bet you're just one of those douchebags that think it's cool to hate on Fat, coz, you know, he's so lame and stuff and he actually spinned his popularity in a way that generated lots of money for him. Jealousy is a petty and vain emotion, you should work your shit out.

Things is, he doesn't need to be good anymore. And being completely out of form and playing only for shits and giggles, he'd still own you so hard you'd quit Quake forever, if he gave half a fuck. And most probably, even if he didn't.

He is a bit of an unreasonably smug dickhead that tends to talk shit and overblows some of his "accomplishments", but credit should be given where credit is due, the guy is a legend and had a good run, in more games than one. He proved enough times that when he puts his mind to it, he can be competitive at the very top level.
