One more moderator?

Aight, the title its self-explanatory . The mods atm do a good job, but imo i think there is place for better. So why not add one more active mod to the crew?
There are plenty to choose from . I'll just name some : Madbringer, Foksie, Shady, Mow, Lakitu, Tyrant, Ina etc . Ofc if they are up for the job also. I choosed them cause they are active, know how things go around, are friendly(even mow that wanna look as a bad boy 
) , know how to talk with ppl and many more .
Choose one ! (or more 
)

I am not available for beeing mod or admin, i dont want to be the bullseye for commuties stupity.
This is the last time i have repeated that.
We had meanwhile so many mods, all bashed away by communities arrogance and selfimportance.

I don't want to take modding here again. It's not worth it. Frankly, serious moderating around here is not worth anyone's time and effort. But gl to anyone who tries.

One more moderator?
There was a time when i would be ready to shoot a random passer by in the head to geta chance to be head mod. But that time was a year ago and not too keen on it.
Granted, 2 weeks ago i asked and thought "maybe i'll do it :o"... but after weighing it up, i just wanted it as an asset for Power struggles. But upon serious consideration ive realised that it will not be anything but a liability for me and i drop out of the race. At the moment ive got my life where i want and am having fun in this mod... and in real life too, and i dont want a metaphorical ballast around my neck dragging me in. It's what happened last year and it was limiting me as a person... ive grown so much in the past year, and would not like a repeat of the cycle. Yes, i visit forums on a daily basis, and yes i have previous mod expereince and sufficient knowledge of the community, and i do enjoy the fact that E+ tends to emulate a real-life situational community to the point of chinese whispers and Machiavellian power struggles between certain people with different amounts of authority BUT that's the point: it's just an emulation with no seeming real life benefits or experiences gained that can aid me to grow as a person, (to cut it short, e+ = for shooting shit and helping boredom for me, not a substitute for a 2nd job which i cant even put on my CV ) so consider this as a decline from my person too.
BTW Kras - how do you know there ISNT a list already? Id say that there are certain points being considered: Age, Reputation, Behavioual Patterns, Knowledge of community, Sense of Neutrality from Alignments to 3rd party flame groups and ability to act accordingly to either guidelines or common sense where there are no guidelines. Gl to whoever gets it

@ Reno : I'll be glad to take the spot but I don't think many guys wants me as a mod. Every1 will start screaming : oh noes like there was not enough spam, a spammer is now moderator also . Which is .. but whatever..
And yes i lost my "coolness" *see rena case*, but now i think its all good between us too.
And as for Shady : I haven't said there isn't a list already, i've just pointed out why i've chosen the ones above for applying as a moderator . Simple as that .
