hi Big grin

I get the message OP_BLOCK_COPY NOT DWORD ALIGNED everytime I try to connect to a server running on excessive =(.

I already read this thread, but I have I'm running and can't set "+set vm_game 2" to an shortcut cause Im using Mac...

Hi there!

You can try to set vm_game 2 in your config, but so far I havnt been able to notice any change with different vm_game, vm_cgame or vm_ui settings.

The only thing that works for me is to use the 1.32a version of q3a (No g4 optimization = fps loss Thinking)

***ignore stupid advice, i thought this was Client Stup, not Server :oops: ***

(oh yeah, Trollet= Mr. Laktos ThinkingHappy - thats a discovery for me, and a surprising one Tongue

I always have read "trollet" as "trolley", while Laktos sounds more scarier in-game (like a dragon or smthn Tongue), especially if im on the other team Tongue

p.s. toilet? laktos just sounded luke a much better improvement (toilet is funnier though Tongue)

Floomdesk: You will find the configs in /Users/XXXXX (your username Big grin)/Library/Application Support/Quake3/

Here you will find a baseq and an excessive folder with a q3config.cfg in both of them. When editing the .cfg files use BBedit or any similar application. (Text edit wont work since it changes the stuffix.)

Shady: A lot of people actually read trollet as toilet... . Big grin It was my first nick on this mod.

It is client setup, but the file layout is a bit different between Mac os X and windows, so your advice to edit both cfgs was correct Happy

And I don't know what people were trying to imply with toilet Big grin

Same error, different game

I have recently received this error on the new version of Urban Terror for Mac. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks much in advance.
