PB Kick for Loosing key packets

Hello everyone. I had this problem to one of my PCs in my Lan and i try everything to fix it but no luck. First i change router, cables, Switch, antivirus, firewall but nothing. All the other PCs are working fine only 1 had that problem. Any suggestions?

i have this probem too sometimes ( very very sometimes) try too change cl_maxpackets and cl_packetdub i change and now is ok and disable firewall.

For ISP i dont think so because us i said before i have 4 pcs in the same lan and the 3 working fine only one.
Now for maxpackets are 125 and Dup (Not Dub) is 0. I try 1 and 4 so far but no luck. THX!!!
