I'm not sure everyone knows what a game pick-up is so I'll explain briefly.
BUT if it's been done before here, than just F1 this topic to the garbage can/ don't read/hate.
Pickup - Fun war/ Scrim with teams made by random people. 
Why do it?
A. Allot of clanless people would want to have some fw, it can be allot better than public sometimes.
B. People get to know eachother better [ if they're using Teamspeak as they should ( there should be 2 pick up rooms in the community's TS - red/blue a/b ) ] = Makes the people 'bond'
C. Simply lifts moral/activity/the community ( from my experience atleast )

How you do it? Basically you need a server with admin access + appoint an admin or two to control the pick ups ( when people want to make one they should contact these admins and request map/pass/cfg )
- To get the players there are 2 ways .
1. Simply go around servers and ask if anyone's interested in a pick-up / just like fw/cw are offered here.
2. Better way - Have a steady Day/Time/Thread where people can register for pick-ups.  ( every mondey at 20:00 CET , or every other day at XX:XX CET )

E.G. -
Thread Topic - Pick-Up Date ##.##.## Time XX:XX
Post -
Map - over kill
Cfg - FTag
Game - 5v5
bla bla

after that people just post their name and ask to be registered at the main post, teams can be random or as requested .
