I still have problems with it
have big ping (150+) on SWE servers (zombie , bro ,....) but on 2s is good (60ms)
can anyone help

And your connection is/and provider also?
If ure on ADSL call your provider,tell them about the problem.Mention packet loss,ping in games,swedish servers and hopefully they will connect u with a person that is little more qualified in the field and knows how to solve those problems,and not only say "Check if your modem cable is plugged in".

actualy i used to have ping arround 200 on swe server even with a 3mb connection, so its not your net settings. it just seems we have wierd routes towards them.

Yes and it "could be" fixed.At least it was fixable in my case,but I am on cable internet so it may not be the same with ADSL.But still worth a shot,call those fuckers and do as I told u Fallen1,my ping went from 150 with 20 percent packet loss to 35 with 0 perc. pack. loss after just 10 seconds after I spoke to a qualified person who knew what he was doing [Miro legenda ;D].But it took some persistence from my side untill they connected me to that person.

on the other hand, you can also ask the server owner to set routes towards you.
i dont know if he will want to, but i know mow did it on some ocassions, when people had trouble with 2!S

at first for changing anything at the routes u need to be network admin and not server admin, cause u have to change it in the router of the computer center ... if u got those advanced servers where u got an own router for your servers and u have for sure acess to it, then it is possible to change the routings for that router.
But most ppl are how u said only server admins so they cant change their routes in any way.
For the problem: fallen ... your problem isnt fixable with configsettings if u understand what i mean ... before 1 year eu players have had very good ping to sweden/swedish servers ... like on germans or smth ... i dont know since when, but since some time we got that bad routing problem like it is standing for years between usa and eu players/servers ...
with other words, for u it isnt fixable, and would it be, then u would know that to ... also it is for sure no help to call up your provider for such things, cause they also try to fix problems with ur inet but they cant do magic things, for sure ... ratz's inet went 1gbit directly to swe cause he called a quallified person from his provider
Just search other servers, there are enough i guess ^^
