Note that this is not an attempt to make this an official cfg or anything. Its just plusbeta.cfg renamed to plus.cfg with some missing settings for ptl and some new settings implemented that were not available since latest update. Also, i will not be giving any support on any setting outside ptl gametype, since this is flex's cfg.
